I recently had the pleasure of welcoming Bianca-Maria as a speaker at an internal event.

I met Ms. Klein at a dealer conference this past spring.

At our Johanniter Academies education symposium, Bianca-Maria Klein led a workshop on the topic “Expectation Management as a Success Factor: Resilience and Expectations” and also participated in the panel discussion on “Gen Z.”

Each organization has transformational – challenging periods when even highest performing members are struggling, even at risk of leaving.
